Do I need to bring my own yoga mat and equipment?
While we encourage guests to bring their own mats if they prefer, we provide all necessary equipment including mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters, all of which are sanitized before use.
Are meals provided during the retreat?
Yes, we provide nutritious, plant-based meals crafted by our skilled chefs. We also accommodate special dietary requirements upon request.
