✅ Tues, May 27: Selection of contributors on or around this date


🧾 Fri, May 30: Receive Welcome Email & Onboarding Packet,

to include:

  1. recommended promo schedule

  2. marketing materials: graphics, swipe copy, etc.

🧾 Sat, May 31 : Submit Your Materials [FINALIZED Version]

  1. FINAL Free gift details: title, description, link (make sure it works), and any opt-in requirements

  2. FINAL Presenter session details (if applicable): topic, short description, headshot, and bio

  3. FINAL Prize contribution (optional): if you’d like to be part of the grand prize drawing

    📣 Mon, June 2 – Mon, June 9 : Promotion Period

    1. Contributors begin sending emails and social media posts to promote the giveaway

    2. Use/Modify swipe copy and graphics provided

    3. Send 1–2 email sends and 2–3 social media posts or equivalent during this time

🎤 Tues, June 10 : Live Presenter Day

  1. Featured sessions and demos take place live (via GoBrunch)

  2. Attendees will engage, ask questions, and be guided to contributor gifts

🎁 June 10 – 20 : Gift Giveaway Open

  1. Visitors browse all contributor gifts and sign up to access what they’re drawn to

  2. Grand prize drawing entry is based on signing up for gifts


    🏁 Sat, June 21 : Wrap-Up

    1. Announce prize winner(s)

    2. “Thank you” and follow-up emails to all your giveaway participants

    3. Send your Feedback for future collaborations
